We took swift legal action by filing suit against both the seller and the seller’s real estate agent, who had advised the improper retention of the deposit.

Through aggressive negotiation and litigation, we secured a settlement that recovered 100% of our clients’ deposit. Not only did our clients get their full deposit back, but they also held both the seller and their agent accountable for attempting to wrongfully keep funds that legally belonged to our clients.
